1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkOS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use LinkOS to: send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law; scrape data in violation of third-party terms of service; engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service.

3. Subscription and Billing

LinkOS offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

6. Intellectual Property

LinkOS and all associated software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkOS is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email for material changes.
