We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, work email address, company name, and any messages sent through our contact form. When you subscribe to a plan, billing information is collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
We also automatically collect usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs through Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to: provide and improve the LinkOS service; process transactions and send related information; respond to support requests; send service updates and marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time); and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
5. Third-Party Services
LinkOS uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Analytics / GTM — usage analytics
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
